"Outstanding property with incredible service"

"Worst Sheraton I have experienced so far. Strong smell of smoke in the corridor and room, I contacted the staff several time and they only apologies but they didn’t solve the problem. As result I had to passively accept the unpleasant stay for 3 days. In addition, the room aircon does not allow manual set up so I had to stay all the time with 26degrees, that made th sleep very unpleasant. Definetly not recommended, Sheraton must do better"

"What a great stay. We were in Xi'an for five days, visiting the city and area. The hotel is in a great location, just outside of the Muslim Quarter. A short two block walk brought us to an amazing market and food street. The hotel staff was great, heling us whenever we had questions or needs. The breakfast was outstanding with a mix of local snd western foods. Every place we went was a convenient DiDi ride away. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a ride. I will definitely stay here when I return to Xi'an."
