"This is really good value for money. The family owing the place were very friendly. The place is outside of the town and a little up the hill, with a great view of the bay. The room fine but small, the kitchenette was good and well equipped. The place outside was like a nice garden with lemons on the lemon tree, when we were there. You got the feeling that all that was missing was a camp fire. "

"We absolutely loved our time there. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful, and the service was great from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, the room was spotless and cozy, and we especially loved the sea view from the balcony. "The place was very cozy and nicely decorated. The host responses to everything very quickly and was very helpful. It was a wonderful stay, my family loved the view and the space. It was easy to walk to the ocean from the back of the house. The downstairs AC and shower head were broken, but everything else was great! Highly recommend and would revisit!"

"I was there in December 2024. The owner and her family live upstais and that gives the property a plus of warmth! The room was nice and spacious with a little terrace. Very nice and quiet. Near Monemvaisa by foot. Near beaches. Beautiful mountains for hiking and rock climbing. Recommended "

"We only stayed here for one night, but everyone in my group agreed that we would love to spend a week here. The property is situated in a peaceful, rural environment that is a short walk to the beach and still relatively close to neapolis, a bigger town. The room was thoughtfully furnished and decorated and the host was very attentive. Our balcony had beautiful views of the mountains and the sea! Perfect place to unwind and experience the Greek countryside. "

"This place was very nice. It was pretty close to the entrance to the walled city. There were a few pretty good stairs to climb (with luggage). It was difficult to find. I'll leave a pic of what to look for. Before you get to the place, you'll see a sign that says "GULAS", but at the actual entrance, it is in Greek. The owner was there waiting for us (even though we were later than expected). I wish I had gone ahead and paid when we arrived, as she was not present when we were ready to leave. I contacted hotels.com and they contacted her and she called me (via whatsapp) right away and we were able to handle the payment over the phone. It's a cute little place, with a nice patio and little sitting room. We watched the sunrise from the patio."

"The stay was in a good location and was comfortable and clean. However we had a top floor room and were woken up by very loud banging. Turned out they were replacing the roof and we were not warned. Management couldn’t credit us because we prepaid but they gave us breakfast. Not much we could do. Just make sure there’s no construction going on when you book!"
