"A fantastic hotel, our 3rd time to the hotel. I cannot fault the hotel, room or grounds. However, the service and staff with the exception of Hannah at reception, Esther in the bar and Gladys at the beach club restaurant were simply shocking. Extremely unhelpful, had to wait a long time to be served. At breakfast they take your tea/coffee order which never arrived. For a 5 star hotel it is simply unacceptable. The Ritz Carlton trades on its name and reputation which you simply can’t do. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you don’t mind poor service."

"Staff were so nice and helpful! Appreciated the WhatsApp communication to ask any questions. Room was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely balcony view. We also liked the kitchen facilities- provided enough if we wanted to make our own food. Also good location as right by the beach and most things were in walking distance. Place has lots of facilities onsite, like shop, gift shop, games room, gym etc"

"Arrived at 3.30am due to delayed flight. David on reception was very friendly and helpful and got us checked in swiftly. Hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas. Lovely pools. Room although a little dated was nice and large with lhuge balcony and great sea view. Stayed in a lot of hotels in Tenerife and this room was immaculately clean. None of them horrible little bugs found in various hotels. They must have a good pest control regime. Would i go back, yes without a doubt- when i can sleep and not be worried about insects in the room it gets 10/0 from me!"

"Location is the best part. Close to beaches, easy to get to excursions. Apartments were standard, some kitchen appliances a little old. Drying racks in the balcony were helpful. Good swimming pool."
