"A bad storm took the power out for about 7 hours so could not check in. The clerk was very nice and helpful. The power came on right as I was getting ready to move to another hotel. The room was damp because of the lack of power. Not their fault. The air-conditioning finally caught up and was able to dry things up a bit. Elevator was out also. Breakfast was just so-so...but I commend the clerk for going the extra mile trying to get everyone a place to stay."
