"Some of the staff was super helpful, kind and attentive. It was mostly due to those key staff members that we had a good time. Esp. Mr. Lokman! Also our room was upgraded to a larger room to accommodate our kid better, which we were very thankful for. The property has a nice kids pool, activity area for young kids and a nice cosy beach. However the facility(or staff) did not seem to be ready for the season during our stay. Food and drinks service was really slow(and the menu could use some...
