Lovely place to stay, pool was lovely and enjoyed breakfast and surrounding countryside. We love having the luggage racks to take our cases in with.

A cool modern hotel with a well-worked rock theme close to a great modern concert venue, Mickey’s Black Box. Everything was good. The only minor gripe; the breakfast buffet was good but cost over $15 per person when other hotels provide similar for free.

Breakfast was good, rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful. A very good hotel.

We visited from Ireland, along with our friends from Maryland, at the end of June. The hotel was lovely and perfect for our trip to Lancaster and visiting the Amish Country. The hotel has a quirky steamboat design (tribute to the designer of the steamboat) and elegant southern style. The rooms were also elegantly styled and very clean and comfortable. Throw-away breakfast plates and utensils can't be eco friendly. The sooner we return to reuseables, the better. Room was spot on, big comfy bed, good shower. Everything you need. Breakfast was underwhelming, a bit more choice and variety would be nice.

Room was spacious and super clean, beds wee comfy and staff were friendly and the breakfast was good enough. Given that I chose the hotel because it had a gym and good ratings I was really disappointed that all three treadmills were broken in different ways. The keycards to the hotel room just kept failing too. I had to get them to rescan them multiple times because they were losing magnetism….yet that rarely happens in other hotels. There is also no bar so nowhere to sit with my colleague...
