THE FRONT SECTION SEEM TO BE FULLED WITH WELFARE FAMILY. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. THE SECTION THEY ARE USEING NOW NEED SOME WORK, BUT IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR OVERNIGHT. THE PLACE IS OLD AND HAD BEEN CARE FOR AT ONE TIME. ITS CLEANER THEN SOME OF THE OTHER HOTALS. NEVER SAW ANY BUGS. THERE WAS HEAT AND AIR IF YOU WANTED IT. THE HOTAL BEYOND STARBUCK, HAD NO HEAT AND NEVER WAS OFFER ANOTHER ROOM THERE. SAW ROACHES THERE ALSO. FLOOR NEED A REAL GOOD CLEANING THERE. THIS IT OUR STAY AT THE INN IN YORK.

non smoking?the lobby feels horrible,rugs extremely dirty,staff not helpful at all...the smell of marihuana,cigarites,and tabacco was horrible.. wasnt there not even 5 min and almost had a asthma attack...and they didnt evn care...still waiting for my refund...Cause the policy says cancellation they will charge the first night...but my question the policy didnt it say also rules/regulation ..no smoking... please ppl do not stay ever in this hotel...they pic nice pictures and these comments of review has to be somebody of their family or staff...Cause they have a 0-10.. just horrible ..its the right word

Room was freezing which is great when 90 plus degrees quiet outside and inside we stayed right near entrance and near the pool and still really quiet only knock refrigerator didn’t work we didn’t need it anyway and the tub needs to be replaced in bathroom as cracks were evident oh tv picture was bad (but we really didn’t watch much) overall no would stay there again price wasn’t bad

Good location.Clean room. Great a/C but uncontrollable. Exterior doors with inoperable safety/ locks to minimize night access by other than legitimate occupants.In general, outside of building and walkways in poot ondition. Good room for the price if you are willing to overlook the shortcomings.

Most of the Staff were amicable, courteous and helpful. The first was pretty clean and nice. The second room had a balcony which was great to have but the bathroom had a bathtub that had chipping paint and the bathtub wall was flat paint fall off. My Mom had to clean the bathroom better and there is rust on the towel rack. She disinfected to her liking. But it's quiet. There's a lot of parking. Some of the stairway entrances smell like animals but at least the People don't bother.

Decent, no frills hotel. TV had kinda poor reception - like the signal had been split too many times or something. Overall though the facility was fairly clean and, while obviously older, not terribly run down. If you have reasonable expectations, it’s a good place to stay a night or two.

People were awesome, but ordered a smoking room and they over booked them we got a non smoking room, there is also a homeless population living there, but never felt unsafe. Our room was recently updated the king bed was awesome. There were also roaches we saw three roaches during out stay.

Heat by unit in room was old and very noisy. Unable to keep running all night bc it was so loud. Hallway noises were very loud and not being able to keep the heating unit running made the noises very noticeable. Room Was clean, bed was comfortable and clean. Newly painted wall made it look nice.

Staff at the desk was really nice...when I arrived (the young lady). I we to my room and it was awful...so nasty I thought it was a prank!! Shower was really disgusting mold, hair, dried scum and soap on the walls(I took pictures)..then the beds were nasty...saw fleas on the bed and left immediately!!! I was only in that motel 15 mins!! I went to the desk to get a refund and they told me that I had to contact Expedia because I paid thru you...That room was extremely nasty and not suitable and should not legally be able to be rented to people!!!

The property is undergoing some updates and repairs. The room we stayed in was clean, but the bathroom counter was stained and had no ventilation. Pool looked nice, but overlooks the highway. Great for an affordable place to spend the night if you're not too picky.
