"The check in process is entirely digital. It’s a little wonky since service around there is spotty and I think having human interaction is just better, But the grounds and living space were absolutely beautiful. Great spot to unwind and watch the stars from their giant hot tub."

"This is my third time staying here and I love it every time. We have always lucked out with getting a room here when going to see a show at Pappy and Harriet’s. It’s the best way to do it. The rooms are always great and the staff if always very nice. I’ll definitely be staying here more."

"Customer service was great. No complaints there. The rooms, on the other hand were a different story. We stayed one night, reserved two rooms. My two major complaints are cleanliness and safety. Cleanliness: Both rooms smelled overwhelmingly like smoke (in nonsmoking rooms)! Gave us quite the headache. The bed sheets had human hair pretty much everywhere, and what looked like many (hopefully) dirt stains. Seems like they weren’t washed, and they just made the bed because they were “clean...

"HVAC unit had to be turned off because it was whining so loud, curtains had tears in it. If all you need is the least expensive place to sleep near the airport then this is it. The best feature is that it was clean. Rundown. I wouldn’t stay there again."
