"Hotel was unreachable by phone after several attempts, a bad first sign and almost unheard of in 2026. Upon arrival, 2 hours after the check-in time of 3 PM, we were informed our room is not yet ready after waiting in line for an hour. We were told it would be another 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, we were told it would be another 10 minutes. We then decided to stay elsewhere. The front desk seemed unprepared and overwhelmed. It's preposterous to have guests' rooms unready past the agreed upon time and to be seemingly indifferent over it. Avoid it at all costs."

"First off the Breakfast was terrible! Everything was cold and undercooked. My kids didn’t like anything! Choices weren’t that great either. The room was okay , so we thought . The tv kept cutting out and totally was unable to be used as the internet wouldn’t connect to it. Called the front desk and they said would come next morning but that didn’t work so well as I have an autistic child and needed the tv on for him! Shower curtain in the room looks like it had a FAMILY of mice chewing on it as it was all tattered and barely able to hang on the rings. Ceiling showed signs of water damage from above and corners of rooms had spiders in them. At one point before bedtime “something” ran across the floor and into my son’s leg….he freaked out as did my teenage daughter who could not sleep due to worrying if it, possibly a mouse, would come out. Upon check out another person came out screaming at me that I shouldn’t be yelling at my kids all night and she was calling the police. Needless to say my kids and I were quiet all night as my teen was not feeling well and was asleep! The room close to Us thou was terrible, yelling, kids hitting walls and screaming etc. Had two future trips planned there but cancelled s fast as I got home! I couldn’t wait to leave! Beware !"
