When I pointed out that the room was misaligned, they said they had full capacity and couldn’t change my room. "As an american traveler I was very impressed. For the same price I wouldn't get anything close to what I got here back in the US. Very clean and well maintained. Very helpful staff who all thankfully spoke English. Very comfortable and the breakfast was very good every morning. Nice location and would definitely stay again."

"This hotel is well kept. They are conveniently close to the airport. Rooms are small, but clean and nicely appointed. Not bad for Europe. Breakfast is nice, but not cheap. The overall cost of the stay is very reasonable for a European city. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. There are very few other amenities nearby if you want dinner however."

"Pro's: - Tram stop and bus stop in front of the building, just 15 minutes by tram to the city center. - Nearby train station, just 2 minutes from there to Zachodnia station and the rest of the world. - If breakfast is included, it's well worth it. - The restaurant on the 1st floor (which is also their name) serves good food, is rather pricey. "It’s a dump. Rooms are not maintained. Just the basic. Should not have the name hotel attached to the name. Think it is a front. Like a scene from a movie. Slump. Mole , grime and absolutely not maintained. Only good thing is it is in a developing neighborhood. Praying for an alternative solution for the near future"
