This is a lovely quirky property in a great location. Very large and spacious. It is not really a luxury residence as the decor is a bit tired and bathroom is not great (en-suite shower doesn’t work at all), so only one shower in main bathroom. The kitchen also lacked utensils so not able to cook properly, fine for making tea and coffee, but don’t expect to self cater. This was OK for our 2 night stay, but would have been disappointing if staying longer. It is also on second floor and no lift, so be cautious of booking if you will struggle with luggage up the stairs. The location, however, is brilliant and overall we were happy for what what was a very reasonable price.

Not Luxury

Unfortunately, we were not at all satisfied with our stay at this apartment in Zagreb. While the size of the apartment was great (two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a living area and kitchen), the benefits ended there. When we arrived, Zagreb was experiencing a heat wave, with daily temperatures in the 90s. Two of the 3 AC units were not working in the unit. When we told the property manager about this, she knew they were broken but said they couldn't fix them (but they had not let us know this prior to our arrival). So, it was very hot in the apartment, rendering the living area unusable. My three friends and I spent most of our time huddled in the one bedroom with a working AC. The unit is also on the third floor of a building with no elevator, which was challenging, and the apartment--while superficially clean--had clearly not been deeply cleaned in a while. Due to the AC problem, the property management promised to get back to us about a partial refund but never followed up. We really wanted to love this place, but we were definitely not happy with our experience. :(

사진에 절대 속지말것!!!

5명 예약. 2개의 더블침대와 1개의 쇼파베드라고 해서 예약했는데 2개의 더블침대와 1개의 쇼파였다. 여행가서 쇼파에 자야하는 황당함을 겪음. 더구나 카펫에서 나는 나쁜냄새는 숨쉬기도 힘들었고 카펫 아래에는 먼지덩어리가 가득했다. 쇼파가 있는 거실에서는 숨쉬기 힘들정도의 나쁜 냄새 때문에 잘 수가 없었고 성인 3명이 1개의 더블침대에서 자야하는 불편을 겪었다. 숙소주소를 구글지도로 정확하게 찾아갔지만 아무도 없어서 전화하니 우리에게 직접 사무실로 찾아오라고했다. 매우 당황스러웠다. 직원은 열쇠만주고 결재하기에 바빴다. 심지어 어떤것이 현관열쇠이고 숙소 열쇠인지도 몰랐다. 최악의 숙소다.

We checked into the apt after 2pm but found that housekeeping hadn't cleaned the place at all. The bed linen and towels were not changed. We called reception and it was attended to immediately. The apt is conveniently located close to shopping areas, restaurants and places of interest. The apt is very spacious and comfortable. The apt is on the 2nd floor and the building doesn't have an elevator so be prepared to lug your bags. For an older person it may be difficult to climb out of the tub that has very high sides. The washing machine didn't seem to work too well. The soap in the dispenser wasn't going into the drum. Obviously the previous user had the same issue as there was soap left over in the dispenser. There was an issue with the internet too. From Day 2 we didn't get connection. Other than these 2 issues I would recommend the apt.

Ganz nah vom Zentrum - trotzdem sind die dicken Wände so, das man von der Hektik draußen nichts mitkriegt. Schöne Hohe decken und viel Platz - für 4 Erwachsene Das Parkplatz-Problem haben mittlerweile alle Metropolen..

Very luxury apartment

Nice place. It's very large. It has 2 shower rooms and 1 toilet and faucrt only washroom. It has 2 bedroom with double sized bed and it's very cozy. All cooking facilities are available including oven and microwave. Dining room and main room were very nice too. It was a great pleasure to stay in such a luxury room with nice price.

Great apartment!

This place was great! A little confusing to check in somewhere different, but the apartment is just a few doors down. It’s on the ‘second floor’ by European standards, but to Americans it’s the third - something to consider if you have a lot of heavy bags (we did). It’s an easy walk to the main downtown/old city/square. There wasn’t much toilet paper amd with no ‘service’ you need to get your own. The place was clean, but we found a wet towel hanging in the closet that must’ve been missed. Has a washing machine, but no dryer and no drying rack (which would be helpful). Full kitchen, great if you will be spending a considerable amount of time. Strong wifi. Overall it was great (esp. for the price). Very comfortable.
