Great location in Tsilivi and nice amenities including pools, breakfast, gym (which was not listed on the website so a pleasant surprise). Rooms were as described and clean. Staff, particularly Georgia at the front desk where extremely friendly and helpful.

Loads of potential but very poor. Booked pool view room, got a view of a roof, couldn't see anything but the roof, spoke to receptionist who was rude and not interested she said the hotel was full so we couldn't be moved - it wasn't full it was half empty. Sun beds absolutely filthy to the point we wouldn't even put our towels on them let alone sit on them. Check trip advisor for photos. Pool is murky, all green round the edge, filthy. Drinks are disgusting. Food surprisingly was really nice and plenty of staff in the restaurant who worked hard and were very friendly. Room was nice enough. Room was for 3 but only 2 towels, 2 chairs, 2 cups. Asked for another towel and was told we would have to wait for the following morning when housekeeping came in! On last day asked to store our bags they didn't have anywhere told us just to put them in the corner of reception area next to the seating areas. Came back for a shower before our flight home, given 3 towels that looked 2 years old freyed and off colour. Directed to 2 showers in the basement, lock was broken on one so 3 of us had to use the one shower as well as other people going home. Shower was freezing cold and no where to put your towel, had to put it on the floor in the corner of the shower which then got soaking wet. Couldn't put it outside the door as it opened onto the main corridor where the public toilets are. No toilets by the pool have to walk through restaurant where people eating

Certainly no frills and appreciate it wasnt expensive but only had tepid showers no covers on duvet, hit and miss if you got the one english channel on the TV. Had kettle and cups but no tea/coffee etc so what is the point. I suppose you get what you pay for.

All in all a good experience

Hotel was very modern and extremely clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortabel had a great nights sleep every night. No tea or coffee condiments in the room even though we were all inclusive but was a kettle, apparently they have recently stopped putting these in room. No.water on arrival which seemed strange. Restaurant was good, always something to eat, staff always on hand quickly to clear emty plates from table and kept buffet area clean at all times. Coffee machine on the morning gave the worst coffee out ever, only which i could of had a coffee sachet to make my own up. Wish there were more greek dishes or a "greek corner" Bar staff great, i should i say barman, only one on the bar at all times, but never long queues. He was always friendly and remembered your drinks. We stayed during 1st week of September, we had 4 days rain out of 7, we didnt feel hotel dealt with the weather very well. All areas around the bar were outside areas, so when it rained nowhere to sit and enjoy your all inclusive drinks. We had to ask if we could sit in the bottom end of the restaurant once in had finished serving food. Which wasnt a problem but feel staff should have made this more obvious as something everyone could do. Also really large umbrella outside of bar which could have been put up during rain and would have allowed at least 6 tables under, guy did ask barman if it could be put up, he just shrugged. All and all would probably return but not immediately.

We really enjoyed staying at the Tesoro Hotel. We were initially concerned about the many bad reviews. However, we cannot understand them at all. Of course there are a few suggestions for improvement here and there, e.g. as far as the modernization of the facility is concerned or new sun loungers and umbrellas. When it came to food, there was always something that we liked, but there could have been a little more choice and more variety. Thank you for the nice holiday. We would come again!

Ci sono molti particolari che andrebbero curati meglio; ad esempio in piscina ospiti che consumano in acqua; ristorante con orari troppo ristrettì e cibo (a mio parere) migliorabile come qualità. In camera poca attenzione nel ricambio dei servizi di cortesia e box launch (per chi ha all-inclusive) veramente scadente !

In een eerste blik ziet alles er perfect uit maar zodra je er langer dan een paar uur bent wordt de lijst met mankementen steeds langer. Het is all inclusive maar wat ze aanbieden heeft geen smaak, als je geluk hebt is het nog lauw en pasta is vaak niet eens gaar. Dat je een niet uitgebreid menu hebt kan en is geen probleem maar zorg dan dat Wat je hebt wel iets van kwaliteit heeft. De kamers zijn niet speciaal maar ook hier zijn genoeg mankementen te vinden, zo worden de bedden vaak maar half op gemaakt, worden vieze glazen en lepels makkelijk een halve week laten staan door de schoonmakers en een vieze handdoek terug leggen is blijkbaar heel normaal hier. Een warme douche die was niet te krijgen in het hotel of je had een straaltje waar je zelf amper onder kon staan. En om de kamer helemaal af te maken kan ook een overstromende badkamer doordat het putje van de douche niet wegloopt en in de badkamer omhoog komt niet ontbreken. Het personeel doet zijn best maar zonder een goede basis in het hotel valt er gewoon niet veel van te maken. Als je besluit wel te overnachten in het all inclusive Tesoro hotel verwacht dan extra geld te zullen uitgeven aan het dagelijks buiten de deur eten, geen smetvrees hebben en vooral succes gewenst
