Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town. Room big and very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff were all amazing. Breakfast was really nice, good variety. 2min walk to Zaandam station only about 10 mins on train to Amsterdam Central, and about 25 mins from airport.

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Fantastic hotel.10 minutes away from everything. Grab a 3 day travel card and you can use bus/tram/train/ferry. Bus no 22 takes you to and from hotel. Staff really polite and friendly. Hotel room clean.Theres funky art everywhere.Buffet breakfast was included,so that set you up for the day, dinner menu was limited,but we dinned in one night and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to everyone

Walkable to the airport

Friendly staff, clean room, efficient check in/out/luggage storage. Convenient connected right to Schiphol airport. Great ambience in the bar to relax for a drink.

Easy upgrade upon arrival. Great internal decoration. Modern and clean.

The most helpful aspect was the half hourly included shuttle service to the airport which started early and kept going until almost midnight. Very friendly drivers.

Hotel had only been open 1 day before our arrival. Room was very spacious and bed was really comfortable. Hotel staff were great and we had a great night at the bar with Dan And Alex. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay Close to airport

Beautiful modern hotel on the waters edge, it’s about 6min walk from tram lines & about 10min tram journey to city centre, lovely helpful staff, good food & drinks section, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a beautiful top floor room with a jacuzzi & free drinks which was wonderful surprise

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel so easy connections to central Amsterdam and other places. Room service pizza is quick and delicious. Great location, nice views. Walkable distance to nearby shops or a 15 minute drive to centre. Outstanding customer service too 10/10. Highly recommend and will definitely be back ;)

I have nothing negative to say about this property. 6 of us stayed in a three bedroom apartment and we were delighted. It is in an excellent location a 5 minute stroll from the train station, which is only one stop away from central Station. The apartment was spacious, in excellent condition and very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the addition of water and hot chocolate in the lobby were a nice touch. My only complaint is that it is advertised as having a steam room, which...

Great hotel a bit further out from the city, transport links however made it easy to get into central. Hotel amenities and decor were amazing, staff great as always.
