"Really useful location for the train station and great for the hotel to have a swimming pool. Had problems with our door key (we were there three nights and they only set it up for one) but staff sorted it quickly. Corridors looking a little dated and worn, but room was nice."

"It was good but we wished to have more proper fridge to store cheese we bought. In the bathroom, it would have been great if we had conditioner and body cream, but we understand lots of hotels in Switzerland do not have them."
