The totality of the experience outshines any tiny nitpicks (as an example: a beautiful armoire that contains the TV and mini-bar/fridge took up a lot of space in a tidy room) and it was easily a five-star experience. "We had an amazing stay at Kasa Downtown Austin! The apartment was extremely spacious, and it was nicely decorated and clean. All appliances were easy to use, and the bed was very comfortable. The walk-in closet with provided hangers was an unexpected plus. Also, the building itself was very easy to navigate, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless.
