Well-located, walkable, and near the Zermatt train station. They provide free pick-up and drop-off services, which is wonderful. The room is well-maintained and spotless. Their breakfast options are excellent. Their staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. I got there somewhat early. They gladly finished the check-in procedure. They are always willing to help with navigation, village maps, etc. Around Zermatt, there are several trails to follow.

You sometimes need to search out staff with questions or to get help but once you do then nothing is too much trouble. Location is excellent next to the Matterhorn Express and 5-10 minutes walk to the Sunnega Funicular (or you can catch the free shuttle bus if you have a lift pass).
