"#1 is that the staff, especially Eloisa, was amazing! She helped us so much with everything (ordering pizza, transportation, directions to shopping, translating etc). Her English was great, and it was so helpful to have someone help us around town with the little Portugese we spoke. The hotel itself was updated and very modern. There were Alexas in each room (that turned lights and A/C on and off) and they used facial recognition in lieu of room and hotel entrance keys. The small pool was on the rooftop and had a gorgeous view of the city lights (we only went at night). They even had a little convenience store in the lobby with snacks, frozen foods and I believe toothpaste/etc. The beds were comfy, the kitchenette worked as expected and the A/C worked well (which was a necessity for us when coming in from the humidity). Overall we were thoroughly happy, we'd stay there again if we went back and we would recommend the hotel to anyone!"

"La habitación era muy pequeña, se escuchaba mucho el sonido de la habitación continua y del pasillo. Si no hablas portugués, cuidado, el personal tiene poca disposición para entender o comunicarse de una manera más atenta si no eres hablante del idioma. Tomé de desayuno unos pequeños panqués tiesos, de verdad duros, que no me pude comer. La variedad de alimentos del desayuno no fue atractiva para mí, en otros hoteles y lugares de la zona estaban mucho mejor. "
