"The restaurant I’d first rate. The provided transportation to and from Mayo and surrounding area was first rate. The colonial breakfast was good. The staff support was first rate. The price was a good value. The condition of the hotel was just ok."

"I usually stay at another hotel for my Mayo Clinic appointments and treatment but it was full so I booked at Kaylee Grand due to convenience. When I checked in, all seemed fine until we got to our room. The state of the bathroom was disgusting! Massive amounts of hair on the floor and in the bathtub. We let the front desk know as we were heading to appointments. 4 hours later the room was not cleaned and when we took our concerns to the front desk they were totally dismissed. We asked to speak to management and were told they were unavailable, which was a lie. For someone in cancer treatment at the Mayo Clinic, this is totally unacceptable. People need to see this feedback!!"

"The pool was really dirty. On the side of the side of the pool, you could see people scratching their initials in it through the scum. I was on the first floor and the carpet was damp because of all the condensation while it was really warm or it was leaking or something. The beds weren’t comfortable. The breakfast waffle maker did not work. Although it was not ideal for the cost, I guess you get what you pay for."
