The studio apartment was small and over crowded. The place has no A/C and the gave us one small fan that was broken. We were in the first floor on a busy street. And even hotels have Coffee in the rooms they did not

The apartment was clean, and small. The problem I had, was the first time I left the apartment one of the local approached me and asked for money, and when I told her I had nothing for her she proceeded to tell me off, and told me I was disrespectful to her and she is an intelligent person. Not a pleasant experience, good thing I was with other people and they were able to get her to move away.

I reached out twice. 1) was to let them know of bathroom light not working 2) recommendations on getting to the airport. Both of which i never heard back. I did appreciate their free washer and dryer in the basement (available after hours)

We had 4 rooms here, all but one booked as the same. The last one was an upgraded room. We suggest the upgrade. The couches and some furniture in the basic rooms was very worn. Other than that, the rooms are pretty much as advertised. We did however encounter mini ants in 2 of the rooms, one basic and one upgraded. Contacted the property expecting them to spray. Maid came around instead (we had just killed about 10 more) and because she didn’t see any the second she was there told us to video them the next day. The ant issue obviously turned us off.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to transport and the old town. Enjoyed our stay. Only negative was that the bathroom had a glass wall so no privacy for personal hygiene.

It was good until our last night there. We got locked out of our room. We’re foreign so we couldn’t call the number for support. Had to email customer service, they took a long time to reply. Was sitting outside our room for 2.5 hours for someone to figure out the door battery was dead and they had to come out and replace the battery.

Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks.

The apartment was clean and cozy with a minimal kitchen. We had trouble getting in, but they were quick to fix the problem. We also had a broken ironing board, but again, it was replaced quickly. The location is good. But no air conditioning, and it was hot.

Pro: Train station <200 m, also trams and buses. Walking distance to beautiful lake. Apartment clean, comfortable mattress and with all u need. Negative: check in is at 3 pm, not 2:59, not 2:58. It's by a code. Otherwise it's a pleasant stay and I can recommend.

Everything was good, nice rooms and surrounding. The glass door to the toilet (that can’t really be closed) is a bit inconvenient. And it would be helpful if you share the email address of vision apartments in the booking confirmation. Had to google it to get the contact to send the ID copy. Otherwise all good, great price!

Cons: No air conditioning which made the room very hot. Carpet was dirty. Linens and pillows were average. Check out is too early at 10am! Pros: location is walkable to the rail station (17 minutes) and to the Old Town (20 minutes). Bathroom was good and had basic amenities. We received the access code the day before with all the important information.

The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The room was a small studio and there is some large furniture which made it a bit cramped for two people. Also, the bathroom is only seperated from the studio by clear glass, which means the toilet and shower are visible from the bed. Lastly, even though the weather was around 20 degrees the room was hot and humid. We had the window open whenever we were there but it was too hot to sleep regardless.

No AC so the room was quite hot even at early summer, ventilating through window didn’t bring much help. There was problem with cleaning when checking in but customer service offered us a little refund for that. The equipping was sufficent.

Location was perfect and accessible to tram, train and bus. Easy to enter and exit the apartment and building. Apartment was small, clean and the right size for a single or couple that plans to be out the apartment often. Apartment was warm but guest has the opportunity to open the windows. No smell. Overall reasonable, accessible and comfortable. No complaints.
