"This hotel was a wonderful hotel in its time. They have not maintained it. However, and the bathroom needs to be completely redone. The water heating system is a problem. Their towels and their linen is not hygienic and really old. I do like this property, but they really have to do it up service, the bathrooms and get new linen and towels."

"Great accommodation for the price. Breakfast was very good value and the owners are clearly passionate about hospitality. If you want to travel between Anjuna, Vagator and Assagao, then this is in a perfect location. Standout is the pool, which is a good size and usually pretty quiet."

"A beautiful luxurious hotel that has great rooms and some beautiful social spaces including a nice pool. We used the restaurant and the food was excellent but we were made to pay after each evening meal rather than having a tab we could settle at the end of our stay, which did make it feel a little awkward."
