Check in staff were lovely but the cafe and bar staff were not warm, welcoming or participating friendly, a smile helps a long way to give a better experience in a customer facing role. "

Located in the heart of downtown where a lot of bars and pubs are and the noise at night was pretty loud. I could hear it past midnight through the hotel room walls and windows. Ear plugs did not help. Other than that it was a nice day and if you’re into partying, it’s a great spot for you!"
