"The overall experience was acceptable, but to be honest there were some issues with the hotel.
The room was clean but the room floor was not.
They advertise the rooms as soundproof, but unfortunately they were not. Also, they don’t mention that the hotel is located in an industrial area. They say it’s very close to the subway ( 3 minutes) Abut in reality it’s about a 25-minute walk to the Vernon subway station.
The hotel offers a shuttle service in the morning and evening to and from the station, and they told us to call 30 minutes before pickup. The last evening shuttle ride was at 9 PM. Since it’s only about a 10-minute drive from the hotel to the station, I called at 8:40 PM, but they said they couldn’t send the shuttle because the driver had already left. As a result, we had to walk back through the industrial area with our 3- and 9-year-old kids and a stroller, which was very disappointing.
Also, they do not provide slippers, so make sure to bring your own."
