"Our stay at Hotel Gran Ciasa was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy them from anywhere within the hotel. "Es befand sich in unserer modernen Ferienwohnung ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und 2 Toiletten, sowie ein Geschirrspüler und alles, was man sich in einer Ferienküche wünscht. Insgesamt positiv anzumerken war auch der Zimmerservice und die allgemeine Sauberkeit. Man konnte den Spa Bereich privat je eine Stunde für das Zimmer reservieren. "A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. "
