"Great location, short walk to bistros, cafes and carrefours. Quiet, even tho room was beside elevator. Older building, a bit dated and small… all to be expected in Paris. Overall, no complaints, a great stay!"

"Here’s a balanced version that acknowledges the positives while preserving your criticism:
My room had a strong old, musty smell when I first entered, which was quite disappointing for a hotel at this price point. I was also downgraded to a lower room category without any prior notice and have still not received a refund or rate adjustment, despite the significant nightly cost.
At the bar, despite the lobby and bar being virtually empty, the bartender advised that the entire area was reserved...

"This hotel is clean, the workers are always ready to help you and very kind. There was no problem concerning the room. You have to give the room back at +- 11am but there’s a cagibi where you can put your stuffs which is very useful.
The breakfast is good, a lot of choices such as vegetables, cereal, pancakes, cake, bread and lot of choices concerning the drinks. The reception is also open 24h/24 and there will always have someone ready to help you no matter the hour.
