"Well for me yes was very easy..the shuttle was great to the hotel on either way...the air conditioning is good working in good condition..."

"Room was OK. Close to airport which is convenient for a quick stay. TV was old and screen barely worked. Bartender tried to charge us almost $100 USD for 2 drinks. After I questioned they changed it to $20 so be sure to check your bill!"

"Dated and run down generally. Both the rooms and common areas were in poor condition and not very clean. The room we were in had mould on the lamp shades and very tatty decor generally. The TV remote control was filthy and we didn’t touch it. The room had takeaway cups for coffee which is not very environmentally conscious. The buffet meal plan was basic and the supposedly hot food was mainly cold as the American tourists come in on mass, they lift off all the lids on the buffet hot food and...

"I arrived at 20:00 and sent whatsapp mesaage to the hotel to fet picked up, there was no answer, caleld them and no answer, finally took a uber to the hotel to findout the address is terminal 2 of Panama airport and basically this hotel does not exist. Contacted expedia and eeported the case, could not get another hotel and slept iver night in panama airport freezing to death with the A/C. Now Im shocked to see this hotel still active. Checkout there addeess on google maps and you will see...

El hotel es un edificio bueno pero todo luce viejo , la habitación esta muy descuidada los muebles viejos descascarados en las esquinas la butaca no estaba limpia y la ropa de cama limpia pero luce empercudida en el pasillo en el techo las alarmas con tape azul , deben de cerrar y reparar el hotel para q esté más a nivel , el personal muy amable y servicial el restaurante rica la comida y la atención.Area segura y bien ubicada.En sentido her real no volviera."

"I first must say the room was clean & so was the property and the staff is wonderful. I had a problem with the noise. The pool is supposed to be open 8 to 8. Well there were people out there to way past midnight and then I heard people at 1 or 2 laughing and making all sorts of noise. It was tough not to go and complain. I probably should have. The doors are older, and they are not sealed all the way so you can see the light and because of this, you can hear all the noise which echoes up from...

"The hotel is within walking distance of excellent restaurants. The breakfast area is an open area where you can work and relax all day long. And I love the fact that each suite has a washer and dryer. "

"The rooms smell of mold and mildew as though the property has water damage. As soon as you exit the elevator onto your floor, there’s an overwhelming smell of wetness, like mildew. The staff was amazing and super accommodating, though. They brought us a humidifier to our suite for the length of our stay, and it helped tremendously. "

"Enjoyed my stay it was perfect for my solo trip! Room was fine bu wish there was a chair and table to enjoy on the balcony. Downside was not having any usb ports by the bed or at the desk. It’s 2026 please upgrade the bedside lamps with USB’s. Also elevators are the smallest I’ve ever been in so during peak times you may have to wait to get on. But despite these things overall I enjoyed my stay. "
