"The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually."

"Very well maintained, helpful staff, I forgot the young man's name who helped me upgrade but he was awesome (maybe Aswan (night shift). Very spacious 2 bedroom, conveniently located, no complaints, also during my 3 month southeast asia tour, this ranks in the top 2, ive stay in approximately 14 hotels so far I extremely admire the door arm that prevents unnecessary loud slamming doors, thank you so much for a great stay!"
