"Very near the airport, just one train station away...cheap and basic, but clean room, I had a comfortable night in transit here... there's a good hot shower, fast internet, hot and cold water dispenser,...easy self check-in...definitely value for money!"

"There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....

"When book price was rm60. And paid for it. Once reach hotel, receptionist asking for another rm38. And ask to claim back from apps provider. It’s was midnight and need chat with CS. And still don’t know when can get the refund. Room condition is not maintained well. Floor sticky. Shower pipe broken. Sink tab broken."
