"Check in is by iPad and only in Japanese- I had to ask someone to call a local number for help checking in. (I am an English speaker and had no access to phone) staff spoke English but were not helpful as I had issues checking in. It was late. The location is not ideal though the place once you figure it out is comfortable. "

"Very good environment. The accommodation is very easy to find. There are many convenience stores, restaurants, 24-hour supermarkets and drug stores along the way. The room is very clean and the environment is quiet. It feels like home. A lot of supplies were prepared for me to cook. The communication was very good and a lot of useful information was provided. The response was very fast. Thank you very much. I will stay here again."
