"the location was beautiful, the facilities and rooms were spotless, and we made lots of use of the common space! the real star of the show was the manager/concierge dora - she helped us so much with getting around the city, recommendations for day trips, and making us feel so welcome and comfortable. she truly made our trip fantastic! we can not recommend staying here enough! "If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. Not only did he call us another taxi, he came by the bus stop to make sure we were there and didn’t miss our ride. He actually brought us water and apples. NEVER in all of our...
