"Quiet. Staff was friendly and let me check out late. Fairly clean. Questionable stains on the walls and on the floor but at least the bed was clean. Bath was good. Not too many places to eat in the area. Hakurakuten nearby had good food and the staff was nice. "

"Very clean and neat with friendly staff. They were very willing to help out and respectful at all times. It seems the hotel is recently renovated so the room condition is modern and warm. At first it was a little hard to find since Expedia map points to the wrong location, but we were very happy when we got to our room. The onsen spa or public bath is in excellent condition with full coverage of all the amenities!"

"受付は家族湯の受付と同じで、安い食堂で愛想のない店員から食券を買う感じ。 部屋は広く、天井がかなり高い。ベッドのレイアウトを変えれば、もっと素敵な部屋になると思う。 施設が古いからか部屋に入った瞬間、臭いが感じられた。棚に埃はあったが、古いながらも概ね清潔にしようとは心掛けてはある。 露天風呂は最高によい。男風呂は急流の川を眺めながらゆっくり入れる。さらに宿泊客は早朝5時〜9時までの間、1時間家族湯を利用できる。川側の檜風呂は気持ち良かった！ 蕎麦屋さんは、火曜店休日。今度は開いている時に来たい。"
