"Expedia informed V palace just 20 hours ago while i booked in September. They showed info in email and text as we are coming . When my whole family with kids reached then staff told us they dont have any room because Expedia inform them late so they sent us at diffrent place it was home stay no breakfast no hotel. Expidea should contact usand need to discuss about this worst experience. "

Breakfast is a good spread and room service is also available. The location is good as it is half hour away from the airport and 10 minutes away from Ram Mandir. "Room was ok. Bathroom did not have western facilities like hot water from the shower, tissue, etc. Everything was designed for Indian customers. Expedia description is misleading. It sounds like a standard room in a western 3-4 star hotel. Mentioned buffet breakfast included which was not the case. The whole facility is in a construction mode. The staff however was friendly and tried their best to make up for these deficiencies . "
