"Wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked the Panoramic Suite with Balcony and City View - and it lived up to all of our expectations. Location is perfect near the Spanish Steps, although plan for walking up and down steps. We enjoyed the breakfast location and selection at the hotel. Check in/out process was easy, with the ability to store bags. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"La habitación que nos tocó, limpia pero muy deteriorada. Al parecer el hotel está en obras de remodelación. Está muy céntrico hay muchos restaurantes y queda a dos calles de la estación del tren. Si limpiaran su fachada sobretodo los toldos, se vería mucho mejor. Aún así tienen muchos huéspedes."

"Kid review: we loved this hotel. The room was really nicely decorated and I liked that the wallpaper matched the bedding. The window opened fully which was good as it was very hot.
