"I was forced to pay again at the time of check in by the receptionist, even if I paid the charges online. I paid twice for the same service. Absolutely bitter & terrible experience. Will never ever book any hotels through Expedia. Better improve yourself. "

"I did book 2 King Size Beds which can accomodate 6 people.
I want a big room and seprate for my kid to have a bed to sleep.
They saw me checkin with 3 member family and gave me small room.Hotel Team started convincing me that it's attached 2 beds and nothing different.
