"The property has the potential to be one of the best in the boardwalk, in my opinion. The staff is RUDE AND NASTY. I stayed this weekend for my birthday. Here are my ratings:
- food- many options for all types of food
- room- stayed in the Solana Tower- hallways were extremely hot however room temperature was amazing; had to wait 25-30 minutes for elevators
- entertainment- attended a comedy show (Desi Banks) as a birthday outing. Comedians were great as I wasn’t familiar with Desi, CT or Tyler...

"Staying at Resorts has the feel of being on a cruise ship. Many places to go without leaving but it is also great to walk outside to the boardwalk and the beach. Great restaurants and bars plus a Dunkin Donuts."

"We paid extra for a king bed and upon checkin were told there were no king beds available. We were a half hour early for 3pm check in time, asked if we could wait and we were told they wouldnt have any king beds available even after check in...our friends checked in 40mins later and received their king bed room.
We were given 2 double beds..room was ok but bedding wasnt that clean..water pressure in bathroom was horrible and room was very outdated.
We were not a fan of this hotel"

"Hotel room could of been cleaned better. There was stains on the sheets. There were flies all in the room. The TV did not work I had to ask for a room change once I arrived. The second room was just as horrible. Beds were hard as a rock. The bathroom was disgusting. The couple next door screamed all night and morning. It was one of my worst experiences. I did contact Expedia to cancel my reservation after driving 4 hours but the front desk denied the refund so I had to stay. I tried to get out...
