"The staff was rude and when I requested creamer for the coffee during the breakfast time the staff refused. I also requested towels because housekeeping never cleaned room. I took the garbage out myself and was told by staff that we had the do not disturb sign on - which was a lie. The do not disturb sign layed on dresser the entire time. Then when I asked for towels they refused to give me any!!!!!!!!!!! We had to go to my sons to take a shower because we did not have towels!!!!!!!"

"The staff was great. Specifically, the front desk staff. However, the furniture in the living room/sitting area was filthy. The ottoman, sofa & chair appeared to be taken from the local trash or dump site. We refuse to sit on it. And the toilet barely flushed. I have photos if needed. "This facility is in need of a remodel. It is showing its age and really needs a face lift. The staff is was exceptional. There was a problem with our first room and we were moved to a room for the night. The next morning we were moved to a room comparable to what was book. The staff is doing the best in a facility that needs help. This is my third stay on the past 6 months. It is convenient and the staff is great."

"We were very excited to be able to check in early when we arrived. The hostess was super sweet and helpful, pointing out local attractions, and all the parts of the room. Breakfast both mornings was absolutely delicious and all of the staff was very friendly. We did miss our Manager cocktail hour due to a staff training. Location was fantastic. Would recommend staying here."
