"This was our second stay at this hotel. The front desk staff and is super friendly and helpful. In our return trip to Italy we will definitely stay here again for our flights in amd out of Milan. If you are staying in Milan, I recommend it as well. The parking is abundant and convenient, and it is alao just a short drive to the center of Milan. Also for a hotel that is literally right next to the airport, it's surprisingly quiet. "

"The staff are wonderful: the cleaning staff are polite and hospitable; the front desk staff are welcoming, personable, and helpful; and the dining staff are kind and efficient. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the people running the show. There was an issue with my reservation (probably my own fault - I don’t know) and I they did not have a one-bed room available. Ultimately, they upgraded my room to a two-bed without issue. I am, still, very grateful for their assist and graciousness....
