"For Niagara Falls, this hotel was in a safe location. It was close to restaurants and shopping necessities. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and neatly kept. I believe some rooms were recently updated. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage. You could make waffles and toast. There were bagels, cereal and some sweet roll things."

"AC was not working. Called the front desk about the problem, and he asks me to wait 10 minutes. After waiting, I walked up to the front desk to complain and he informs that the room was not occupied for a while so the AC would take some time to get started and asks to wait 10 more minutes, which I do. "The pool was a lot of fun! There is even pool toys and stuff for kids to play with. My family loved the house. The beds were super comfortable and the room darkening curtains were so great. My family was very comfortable here!"

"We spent the past weekend, Labor Day at the establishment. The room was ok, except there was trash in can in the Master bedroom. Also the grass needed to be cut, spider's and leaves on the porch.
Biggest problem was that we were NOT told where we needed to park. Because of that we were woke up in the middle of the night, very rudely by the upstairs tenant. Apparently we were parked in the wrong place and we needed to move immediately!!!!!
All in all I would NEVER recommend this for anyone and I...
