"Our rooms were on the first floor 118 and 120 next to the lobby. The space at the bottom of the door was at least a 2 inch gap. We heard lots of voices from the lobby area very late into the night which was disappointing as it disturbed our sleep. People should not have been allowed to sit in the lobby area till all hours of the night. The breakfast was adequate and had plenty of choice. Check in and out was easy and the staff were very friendly."

"If you have a service animal they don’t understand that service animals cannot be charged a “pet fee” via the Americans with Disabilities Act
It listed there was a pool and showed up to the pool being down. In my room there was no remote control for the TV. I left and came back to fire trucks out front because the alarm system kept getting tripped. Stains on the carpet"

"I would have given at least a good rating were it not for the fact that our room was on a floor that was being renovated. The hallway was a complete mess and the smell of plaster was rather unpleasant. The room itself was fine but the hotel should have closed that floor for use while the renovation was being done."

"The room and property was nice and clean. Loved the antiques or antique looking furniture! I think they should have towel racks in the bathroom or hooks on the door, but other than that, the room was great! The location was also nice being on the water and near to other businesses.
My only real complaint was with the staff. When we first tried to check in an hour early, I was first made to wait. When someone finally helped me I was met with a "check in isn't until 3" with an attitude of...
