"Very kind staff. Everyone I came in contact with, whether the maintenance man on the elevator, the maid, the front desk, everyone was happy and helpful. That always signals good management to me. The room was very small but clean. And fine for what I needed. Good location. Not a far walk to Times Square and Broadway shows. Plus close proximity to the subway."

"Not a great place, but I guess you get what you pay for. The bed was not attached to the bed frame, so if you wanted to sit back to read or watch tv, the bed would slide away from the wall. ] There is an inch high lip between the bedroom and the bathroom which I tripped over several times. The tv was so dim that you cou/d barely see it from the bed. I had to run the shower for a good ten minutes before i got any hot waterl. On the plus side, the staff was helpful and accomodating."

For a 24 hour visit we weren't worried about a bed for 3 people but it was a fun surprise to have a living space and 2 bedroom upgrade! "Overall our stay was ok. The room needs to be cleaned better. The curtains were stained like they were water damaged, but we were on an upper floor. The bed skirt was soiled with I don’t know what and the TV was old. No streaming networks to watch if you wanted to. Getting out of the hotel parking lot, the road had very bad potholes which should be fixed. Breakfast was ok. Staff was always friendly and helpful."
