"We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town."

"Service to and from ski resort was exceptional. Resort Fee is a little hard to justify since it only really covers breakfast. We don’t need or use int’l calling, WiFi or hot tub….all of which should be in the rate. Anyway the staff was great and made out stay very nice. We checked in at 4:30pm and ask to check out at 2…. And was told there was a $25 fee for noon check out and $75 for 2pm….we were two of maybe 10 people total in the whole place so it certainly wasn’t like someone was coming...

"I’ve stayed here several times now and absolutely love the service, hotel, and- of course- the views and village! This time we stayed for our elopement and our group had 3 rooms. Everything was great! The only negative point I can make is that my sister ran to the store during our stay and, when she came back, the lot was full. The guy at the desk said it’s policy that each room only gets one vehicle pass but if it’s full she will have to park in the overflow lot that is a 10min walk away (which...

"The 2 queen room worked well for my son and I. Beds were comfy and kitchenette made it easy to prep a simple breakfast. It would be tight for a family of 4. Location is great on shuttle close to town and gondola. but a bit of road noise on the west side."

"Checking processes is stupid, we had to walk 15 mins to another hotel to get the keys and back another 15 after skiing. Room had temperature settings fixed to very hot, we slept witht the window open the entire night, bed was mediocre for the price we paid. Hot tub was closed and had to take a hot bath in my bathtub. No breakfast, i would recommend find a days inn or something and save some money "
