"Requested early check in 3 times each day prior to check in called day of and was told I could check in at noon and my room was not ready and I booked a king the best they could do was a double queen but would not give us the price of that room even tho I paid more for the king"

"Staff were all friendly and always said hello/good morning. Front desk woman was very accommodating; we got in a night earlier than expected and while I had booked another night, she ensured we wouldn't have to swap rooms the next morning which was very nice for her.
Room was very clean and nice, bed was kinda hard/stiff but that's personal preference.
We LOVED the breakfast there; many more choices than typical hotel. The outdoor area was lovely, with plenty of seating and firepits.

"Room was clean and beds comfortable. However they need to put exhaust vent and grab bars in bathroom. Also bathroom door did not close well-it was binding around the frame.
Looked like they were in process of renovation as many mattresses piled up outside by a dumpster on property.
Food items at breakfast were so-so"
