"Hotel was extremely clean, great staff, restaurant was great and had a lovely buffet for Sunday breakfast. The breakfast was an extra cost but totally worth the money. Only 10 minutes to the Turkeyhill Experience and about 20 mins to the outlet stores. It’s also located right next door to the Dutch Apple Theatre. Many choices of restaurants in the area. Very easy to get to from major highways. Would highly recommend!!!"

"Very friendly staff, the young lady at the front desk was super friendly and very welcoming and the chocolate given to us upon arrival was a very nice touch and it was delious! The room was very nice and clean as well as the entire property. Out waiter for breakfast was very friendly and attentive. If I visit Lancaster in the future I will be back!"

"Visit this hotel on many occasions for Dance events. This trip I had two rooms and neither room was cleaned upon check in. Once housekeeping was notified the issue was resolved, but the trash, uncleaned bathrooms, and unmade beds were somehow overlooked on the first round."

"most everything was good with the property and our room. we ended up in handicapped room for some reason but it was just fine. no issues unless you include the fan and light above the stove top. neither had power. we didnt check the service panel for a tripped breaker tho."
