"When we made the reservation in April for July we requested a view, high floor, away from elevator and two extra pillows. We got floor 11 of 14 so pretty good. No view-looking across to other room, no extra pillows, elevator behind king room wall. A/c was horrible, 1st room of suite was 74 degree and rattle noise all the time,,king room was 79. We had an infrared temp taker. Called without results. Tub had 2 inches of standing water by end of shower. Bell hops were awesome, very accommodating...

"They’re just looking for a cheap place by the airport this is fine but it was three out of five stars, I was hoping that it would be a quiet stay but they were tearing apart the parking lot at 7 o’clock in the morning and we weren’t able to get any sleep, I don’t think that’s the hotel’s fault but just saying, overall it’s not a five star resort but like I said for 100 bucks it’s good enough"
