"Our firstvroom the heat and air didn't work, then the toilet wouldn't flush. They gave us a different room, went to the new room and there was people already in that room. The third room we were put in wasn't updated like the other rooms were. Also, the pool and hot tub that was advertised (also why we chose this hotel) was all under construction. This was after the employees checked us in, watch us try to get in the pool are and never notified us of this."

"I actually don’t have any issues with the property. It was very adequate. The problem was Expedia made a mistake and double booked us. when I told the property manager this. They chose to check us into all four rooms anyhow and charged us resort fees for all four rooms even though they knew we only booked two rooms and the other two were a mistake. "There is nothing near by to walk to especially when it is cold and snowing out. They don't have a liquor license so you cant gamble and drink there. To get to the garage for parking you have to leave there go down the hill to the stop sign. Then you have to make your way back up the hill. Its on a one way road. Not very convenient at all"
