"The biggest disappointment was the pool. I thought the pool would be enjoyable for everyone, but it was definitely more like a babysitter for people‘s children. It was an absolute zoo in that filthy cloudy pool, and I never even got to put a toe into it. Otherwise, the rest of the day was pretty good."

"The hotel is beautiful as you walk in. Check in staff said hello immediately, were friendly, they knew their information very well. Our room was perfect for 6 people! Comfortable beds, temperate set great. The only downfall, the pool was outside our window and it was noisy. The door leading to the hallway had big gaps and you could hear everything. Disappointed that there was no breakfast included but at least there was a restaurant on site."

"Front Lobby and entire area was clean downstairs ONLY. Our room was okay. Hallway floor had trash and towels laying most of the day. Also, don't expect clean towels or toilet paper if staying more then 2 days!! Have to go to front desk for that. Safety Lock your doors at all times!!Housekeeper knocks as walking into our room. Lucky I was dressed. If there doing any type of maintenance don't use the elevators. We got stuck on 1 of them, was horrible. I got ahold of front desk and they got them...

"I liked that the room was pet friendly and easy to take the dog out. Clean comfortable room The amenities stated that the property has a pool NO POOL I WAS TOLD IT CLOSED FOR COVID N NEVER REOPENED I was very disappointed I choose the property because it had a pool I would not have booked this property if I new this ahead of time. Also breakfast wasn't filled n coffee empty I got an eye roll from the server"
