"During our stay, both the hotel lobby and our room had an unpleasant smell. We requested towels from the front desk, and they were never delivered Also , housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The next day, we asked again for towels and washcloths and were told housekeeping would bring them, but they never did. I eventually went downstairs and found housekeeping myself— they only had two towels and no washcloths, which were taken from a black garbage bag.

"we were very dissapointed that the pool was under construction and therefore closed. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool as we were traveling with kids and they enjoy swimming. I wish we wouldve known about it before and therefore am writing it in the review so others will know to call before to ask. Otherwise the rooms were clean and updated."

"If you're looking for a place to rest your head for the night, I recommend this hotel. For extended stay keep in mind not many amenities. Parking is not free, no free breakfast, bottled water in the room costs $7 each, and housekeeping comes in every other day to clean and bring fresh towels. Hotel could use a fresh coat of paint on the outside."

"Checked in at 11pm with hubby & kids. Front Desk was very unfriendly. Unhelpful. Full of attitude. I shall keep her nameless. Rowdy guests well into the night. Drunk. Smell of weed in the hall. Bathtub had hair in it! 2 washcloths. Drapes would not close all the way in order for light not be able to come in. Air conditioner loud as a train. Good thing we checked out by 7am. Will never ever stay ever again. And would not recommend it to anyone. Save your $200+"
