"The hotel is modern, very clean and maintained well. The staff are the best. They are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good, with a nice variety. The hotel is in a good, but noisy neighborhood, very near the train station. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The only downside were groups of teenage kids staying..very noisy and rude. But, I understand from the new management, they won't be serving groups of students in future."

"The property is in an ideal location, and most of the staff was very nice. Except for one of the front desk people who was quite judgey whenever we asked a question. When we asked for an umbrella, he looked outside like we were nuts. When we asked for help with a dinner reservation, he was kind of snooty at our preferred time and argued with us that the restaurant wouldn’t even be open. It was of course, and absolutely packed, but we got in anyway. "

"They did not have a shuttle to the airport however they called a cab and it was an easy inexpensive ride to the airport The location being close to the airport was what we wanted and it worked well"
