"I was met at the front desk my Hyatts associate Tiffany. She was very freindly kind and explained all about the hotel and the check in process. The issue was that the internet was not working and Tiffany could not finish the check in process. She tried both computers and nothing would work. She apologized profusely, offered a beverage, as i waited.After a short while Tiffany apologized again, abd told me that she would getme into my room and when the system came back on line, ahe would co tact...

"We are not of Hispanic descent and would have liked to have a regular American breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and/or sausage gravy & toast. We don’t eat tacos & scrambled eggs for breakfast. The employees were very nice & helpful."

"Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. Staff that we engaged with were nice and helpful. Room with king bed was clean and comfortable. Loved that check-out was Noon instead of the standard 11am at most places. Didn't try the continental breakfast that was offered, so I can't provide a review on that part."

"We went to celebrate my teenager's birthday. We stayed here once before and we had a really nice time. The pool was really crowded but managed to get some time where our little group had half the pool to play catch, so that was nice. Breakfast was *very* crowded. I guess it's popular. Aside from a frustrating issue with accidentally being overcharged (still waiting to get my money back), it was super fun. Very clean room and bathroom--not so much the pool water!"

"I came here for just a day over the weekend for a little get away with my girls and this place was great! The rooms were clean which was very important to me. The front desk was very kind both during check in and check out. It was also very quiet which was nice to not hear all the other guests. Would highly recommend! The hotel is located in a shopping mall and with 3 places to eat. Which is very convenient & the free breakfast was great as well also very clean. Definitely recommend! "

"Property could definitely use some updates. There is no elevator so if you aren’t able to do stairs, request the first level! Bistro/Restaurant was less than impressive but it was still nice to have an option onsite "
