" Had a wonderful stay at Grand Whiz Mega Mas Manado. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located right next to the shopping center. The staff, especially Ms. Nadia at the reception, were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with authentic Indonesian flavors (not westernized like most hotels) — really delicious! Also, it’s close to many great food spots in Manado center. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant...

"Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare."
