"Room was noisy the ac make loud noisy did not sleep. The toilet keeps running and the shower was gross with not shampoo. They did not have the room we selected and the receptionist did not see any we found out when we get to the room . We selected a king size bed and got two queen . Again did not slept. "

"Overall the stay was okay. Checking in and paying cash was a problem for the night manager, he was extremely rude and not welcoming. Bed was terrible, but room was spotless. Extremely clean, the rest of the staff over the next few days were good. Talked with the marketing manager and the GM about our issues with the night manager, they went above and beyond to try to make up for it. (We stayed there to meet someone to purchase a puppy. The hotel ended up mailing us a toy basket for our new pup...

"Really loved this place. The staff was wonderful—friendly and easygoing—and everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
The room had a great vibe—mid-century modern with some quirky, artistic touches that made it feel curated, not generic. The soaking tub was perfect for unwinding.
They’ve added thoughtful details throughout—honey from rooftop bees (even used in their body scrubs), local IPAs and root beer, and honey you can take home. There was even a live Betta fish at the front with a copy...
